Pet parents know it’s important to keep their furry friends cool and well-hydrated during warm summer weather. And of course, the best way to do that is to make sure your pup drinks plenty of fresh water — but it can be hard to make sure they take in as much as they should.

These homemade pet-safe pupsicles are a fun and easy way to make sure your pet stays hydrated! Make them in popsicle molds, paper cups, ice cube trays, or muffin tins. They’ll think they’re getting a great treat, and you’ll know you’re helping them avoid dehydration — it’s a real win-win!

💡 #DYK

Wooden or plastic popsicle sticks can be a choking hazard for your pet, so make sure to be careful and supervise them while feeding this treat! (We recommend letting them lick the pupsicle while you hold it in your hand, or simply leaving out the popsicle sticks and drop the pupsicles into your bud’s bowl — with or without water.)
