Cucumbers are made up mostly of water and fibre, and are hydrating while also helping wash away food residue. The Gut Booster has prebiotics, papaya and enzymes which act as tiny helpers that break down food into smaller pieces that your dog's body can absorb easily. Since these treats are frozen, the crunchiness stimulates saliva production. So, by making sure your dog's tummy works smoothly, these helpers can keep their breath smelling fresher, too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced cucumber (hydrating

  • ¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt

  • 6 fresh mint leaves

  • 3 pieces of Healthybud Gut Booster (crushed)

Tools:

  • Blender

  • Silicone dog treat molds

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, adding a splash of water as needed to get things moving.

  2. Place the silicone molds onto a flat plate for easier transfer into the freezer. Pour the blended mixture into silicone molds, leaving a little room at the top for them to expand while freezing.

  3. Freeze until overnight or until solid, usually for about 4 hours.

  4. Pop them out of the molds and serve as occasional treats for your pup!
